The Body Stores Memories

As the research for the book Invisible Wounds crystallizes, I am collaborating with my co-author, Dr. Gina Calderone, DPT, to provide our insights from the investigation on the blog, Centripetal Force Studio. Pain is a signal of crisis in the body that we cannot suppress with our various vices of numbing. This will only catalyze the pain to progress into more serious disease. The good news is the body’s pain can be a GPS signal to find where unresolved trauma and grief is stored in the soft tissues and organs of the body. Also, we have developed a Healing Intensive to detect generational wounds in the body that lead to chronic pain, addiction and systemic diseases like cancer. Read more about the Healing Intensive. Also, check out the recent post about uncovering invisible wounds in the body.
