In our research for the book, Invisible Wounds, we find that generational trauma can be passed on from generation to generation. This unfinished business colliding in the maternal and paternal lines of your DNA can be toxic and deadly. Take a look at a recent post at Centripetal Force Studio blog where we delve into how your parents and grandparents passed on their trauma and grief into your body that can transmit into your children. The good news is we can stop the cycle together. I invite you into Centripetal Force Studio where co-author, Gina Calderone, Physical and Energetic Therapist, and me, Denise Carson, the Body Journalist, can guide you through an investigation fo your body to map the root story of your pain and disease.
